
“I started this work by chance at Galata Tower. I worked as a DJ, then I realized that I liked managing and I began to work; I entered in the kitchen, I studied service, I dealt so much with cost calculations. I even developed a system of my own.
As a family, we have our roots back in İzmir, Anatolia and also in Istanbul. All my family members are interested in foods, so we had wonderful dishes at home. I tried to improve my taste and then I began to prepare my own dishes.
I have tried many dishes using sea foods particularly. Thanks to all these and the support of the food culture given by my family, I found myself right in the middle of the market.”
